Returns Policy
We, L2 ZET BERRY PTODUCTS aims to provide satisfaction to all our clients. All our products are packed by hand with the utmost care and your satisfaction.
1.Refund Process:
If you're not satisfied, we offer refunds under certain conditions. However, if you find that you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, please email us at l2zethealth@gmail.com with your order number. We have a timeframe of up to 30 days to do so.
When we have received and checked the returned goods, we will issue a refund gift voucher with the value of the returned goods, to use with your next purchase under our conditions.
2.Refund Conditions
2.1Eligible Products for a refund:
Incorrect items : If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days, and return the incorrect item to us and specify the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered, we will send you the correct item as soon as possible, or alternatively we can email you a refund gift voucher for the missing product, to use with your next purchase. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and we must have the incorrect item returned before investigating.
Faulty Items: You have the right to return a faulty item within 30 days along with proof of purchase. After investigating, we will issue a refund gift voucher with the total value of the defective item(s).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at l2zethealth@gmail.com within 7 days after receiving the product with your purchase order. Once damaged items are returned, we will issue a refund gift voucher with the total value of the damaged item(s), to use with your next purchase.

Non-Refundable Products: If the product is opened, tampered with or used. Not in the original packaging. Not notify us within 30 days after receiving the product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Order Cancellations: We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order or reservation for various reasons. However, please note that we incur certain costs when processing your transaction, such as payment gateway fees, bank fees, VAT, and transfer duty. Therefore, we have a cancellation policy that applies to all orders made on our website.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us in writing by sending an email to l2zethealth@gmail.com, within 2 days of placing your order. You must also provide your order number, your name, and your contact details.
If you cancel your order in the timeframe of 2 days, we will refund you the full amount that you paid, minus a 10% processing fee. This processing fee is to cover the costs that we incurred when processing your transaction. We will process your refund within 10 working days of receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be made to the same payment method that you used when placing your order or making your reservation.
If you cancel your order after the specified time frame, we will not be able to refund you any amount. This is because we may have already shipped your order, or incurred other costs that are non-refundable.
2.3 Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items, specials and combos cannot be refunded.

Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing L2ZET BERRY PRODUCTS. We are committed to deliver our high-quality products to you in a timely and efficient manner. Our shipping policy is designed to provide clear and concise information regarding our shipping processes and what you can expect when you place an order with us.
- Order Processing:
All our products are handmade and orders processed within 2 – 4 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If you pay via Credit Card then your order will immediately be sent through for processing and packing.
If you pay via EFT then your order will only be processed once payment reflects in company’s account.
- Shipping and Costs:
Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days.
International Shipping: We do not international shipping.
We’re proud to offer free standard delivery to your door on orders over R750 to addresses in South Africa. If your order is under R750, we charge a flat delivery rate of R100 for this service. Shipping is include for all orders of R750 or more.
- Delivery Expectations:
We use The Courier Guy (TCG) for order deliveries and delivery times vary from 5 – 7 working days depending on the province, city, town or if an outlaying/rural area address.
Deliveries require complete and valid addresses within South Africa. Parcels cannot be delivered to PO boxes, courier offices or post offices. We do not deliver internationally.
We do not offer same or next day delivery, all orders are couriered as standard delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed due to potential delays caused by payment authorization, weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We recommend placing your order well in advance if you need your products by a specific date.
- Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order through The Courier Guy tracking system.
- Damaged or Lost Packages:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. See our return fund policy.
Claims for damaged or lost items must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date.
